Refund Policy

We offer refunds for defective items or unused items returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Defective items can be returned for an exchange.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via UPS or USPS. Orders are processed for shipping with 3 days of order unless out of stock. Customer will be notified via email of lead time if not in stock.

Return Policy and Process

Returns will be accepted at customers’ shipping expense for refund or exchange. If item is defective or we shipped incorrectly, shipping will be at our expense. Please contact us or send an email to hamilton@wlhamiltonco.com to begin the return process.
